About The Position

As a Realty Network Advisor, you will be the driving force behind growing and strengthening the company's network of Real Estate Agents. This role involves coaching, mentoring, and ensuring agents adhere to Realty Search Solutions Network standards, helping them enhance their business while providing home buyers with the best possible experience. The company is dedicated to assisting Veterans and military families in becoming homeowners, having successfully closed over 500,000 VA Loans and becoming the #1 VA lender for homebuyers in the nation. A real estate license is not required to start, as the company provides assistance in obtaining one, along with all necessary training and development for a successful career.

  • Excitement to get licensed as a Real Estate Salesperson upon joining the team.
  • Background in realty, sales, hospitality, or customer service (transferable skills).
  • Knack for relationship-building.

Responsibilities

  • Keeping agents engaged – Using performance trackers and marketing tools to help agents crush their business goals.
  • Coaching & supporting – Checking in on agent performance, spotting growth opportunities, and helping them level up.
  • Building strong relationships – Partnering with agents in your assigned region to maximize success for everyone.
  • Staying in the know – Keeping up with lending partner updates and department goals to drive more home-buying wins.
  • Keeping deals on track – Acting as the go-to connection between agents, loan officers, and the home buying concierge team to ensure those monthly closings happen on time, every time.
  • Pitching in wherever needed to help foster a supportive and collaborative team culture.
