About The Role: As a Realty Connection Specialist, you’ll support homebuyers at a pivotal moment in their home shopping journey. Your main focus is connecting pre-qualified buyers with trusted Real Estate Agents in the Veterans United Realty (VUR) Network. You’ll be one of the first friendly voices they hear, answering general questions about the home buying process and helping ensure they’re matched with the right agent. While you won’t discuss loan terms, your guidance and care help set the tone for a smooth, confident experience from the very start.

Requirements

  • You communicate clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing.
  • Providing great customer service comes naturally to you.
  • You do well in fast-paced, results-driven environments and enjoy staying busy.
  • You thrive in a collaborative, team-first setting.
  • You bring at least one year of customer service experience or similar transferable experience.
  • You’re either already a licensed Real Estate Salesperson or willing to become licensed upon employment.
  • You show up consistently and can be counted on to get the job done.

Responsibilities

  • Partnering pre-qualified homebuyers with Real Estate Agents within the VUR Network.
  • Serving as the first point of contact for buyers over the phone, answering general questions about the home buying process.
  • Connecting buyers with the right Real Estate Agent while following company and industry guidelines that prohibit discussing loan terms.
  • Ensuring each homebuyer receives excellent service by assigning pairing files to an Agent Development Coach for review and follow-up.
  • Keeping detailed, accurate records to support a smooth handoff and next steps.
  • Pitching in wherever needed to help support the team and strengthen our culture (excluding licensed tasks).
