Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world.Job Description• Architect and evolve real-time data platforms using technologies such as Kafka, Flink, Spark Streaming, Pulsar, or similar.• Define and enforce architectural standards, best practices, and governance for real-time systems.• Define Kafka topic strategies, schema evolution, and stream processing patterns• Ensure platform reliability, scalability, and performance• Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and business teams to align solutions with strategic goals• Collaborate with engineering, product, and data teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.• Provide technical leadership and mentorship across the CoE• Evaluate emerging technologies and contribute to platform evolution• Ensure platform reliability, observability, and performance at scale.• Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to enhance platform capabilities.• Lead design reviews, proof-of-concepts, and technical deep-dives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 12-15 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3+ years in real-time or streaming data platforms (Kafka preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of distributed systems, messaging systems, and stream processing frameworks.
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
  • Experience with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and infrastructure as code.
  • Excellent communication and leadership
