About The Position

We’re looking for a proactive and adaptable Dispatcher to support our daily operations and ensure timely and accurate scheduling of services. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to respond quickly to changing circumstances while maintaining service standards and customer satisfaction. Requirements

• No prior pest control scheduling experience required - paid training provided
• Great communication and problem-solving skills
• A strong work ethic and a team-first attitude

Responsibilities

• Respond to same-day service needs, including handling call-outs, rebuilding routes, and adding stops as required.
• Schedule past-due service stops to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
• Manage scheduling for all customers with special or non-standard service requirements.
• Provide scheduling support to Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) as needed.
• Perform 5-day look-ahead reviews to proactively identify and address upcoming scheduling needs or conflicts.
