What You’ll Do We’re looking for a proactive and adaptable Dispatcher to support our daily operations and ensure timely and accurate scheduling of services. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to respond quickly to changing circumstances while maintaining service standards and customer satisfaction. In this role every day is a little different, but your mission stays the same: deliver quality, exceed expectations, and represent Alta with pride.
Requirements
- No prior pest control scheduling experience required - paid training provided
- Great communication and problem-solving skills
- A strong work ethic and a team-first attitude
Responsibilities
- Respond to same-day service needs, including handling call-outs, rebuilding routes, and adding stops as required.
- Schedule past-due service stops to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
- Manage scheduling for all customers with special or non-standard service requirements.
- Provide scheduling support to Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) as needed.
- Perform 5-day look-ahead reviews to proactively identify and address upcoming scheduling needs or conflicts.
