GreenLight is recruiting a Real Estate & Workplace Finance Analyst to join OpenAI's team. This role will support OpenAI’s global real estate portfolio by owning day-to-day finance operations and delivering clean, decision-ready reporting. This role is hands-on and execution-focused.
Requirements
- 4-6+ years of experience as a finance analyst or equivalent experience
- Strong attention to detail and a track record of owning operational finance workflows end-to-end (especially PO processes)
- An accounting background with accruals and month-end close experience (required)
- Experience performing GL drill-downs, reconciling variances, and producing clear Budget vs Actual (BvA) insights
Nice To Haves
- experience supporting commercial real estate or workplace/facilities orgs, and building spend/vendor reporting visuals
