About The Position
Holland & Knight's Real Estate practice is seeking an associate to join its dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience handling complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, joint ventures, development projects, and financings. Responsibilities include managing sophisticated transactions from inception to closing; drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, leases, joint venture documents, and financing instruments; and coordinating due diligence across title, survey, zoning, environmental, and corporate matters. Excellent academic credentials are required and large regional, national, or international law firm experience is preferred.
