The role also involves researching and verifying illegal advertising devices and preparing documentation for their removal, including court testimony. Additionally, the specialist prepares project-related documents and reports using computer software, responds to inquiries, attends meetings, maintains accurate records for property leasing, purchasing, and sales, and assists in real estate valuation and future improvement studies.
