Requirements

  • 48 mos. trg. or 48 mos. exp. in real estate, property management or related field; travel required, must be able to provide own transportation.
  • Or completion of undergraduate core program in business administration real estate or property management or related field; 24 mos. trg. or 24 mos. exp. in real estate or property management or related field; travel required, must be able to provide own transportation.
  • Or 12 mos. exp. as Real Estate Specialist, 84592.
  • Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment noted above.

  • Ability to use critical thinking and learn complex appraisal issues in compliance with laws and regulations
  • Self-moitvated worker with the ability to efficiently manage assignments
  • Ability to communicate complex issues and provide feedback to staff and consultants

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in eminent domain appraisal preferred; or 1+ years of commercial real estate experience
  • Desire to learn and grow within the appraisal discipline
