About The Position
Showing Assistant – High-Performance Team Support Role We are not looking for someone who wants to sell real estate. We’re looking for someone who can keep up with top producers and help them close more deals. This role is a showing assistant position supporting our highest-performing agents. You will step in to handle showings, client interactions, and on-the-ground execution so our top agents can stay focused on negotiation and closing. We already have the leads. We already have the systems. What we need is someone who can execute, communicate, and convert in the field.
