Real Estate Senior Project Manager
About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Senior Project Manager to join our corporate Real Estate team. This role will report to Corporate Real Estate Head of Portfolio Strategy, and will oversee the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex real estate projects, including office relocations, workplace renovations, office and labs build-outs, and leasehold improvements. The Senior Project Manager will work closely with internal stakeholders, landlords, external consultants, and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives, and be adept at managing complex budgets, schedules, and stakeholder expectations. This role require focus on problem solving and finding solutions in complexity, while leading several projects In a large tenant portfolio, maintaining a strong focus on quality, safety, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness.
