About The Position

Flagstaff Top Producers Real Estate is looking for a proactive, highly organized listing coordinator to play a key role in our growing team. You'll assist the Broker by managing her administrative listing duties, such as scheduling professional photography, researching information about the listing, inputting data into MLS, and being a general liaison to the sellers while their home is an active listing on the market. What we offer: Competitive Salary: $50,000 annually, plus bonus opportunities A world-class, committed team that gets things done An open and honest work environment The opportunity to grow with a great local company Your role: Create an unparalleled client experience by developing a professional rapport with each seller Manage all parts of the listing process on behalf of the Broker Gather all listing information, including property details, taxes due, zoning, permits if applicable, property-specific deed restrictions, and HOA information Input data and upload photos and disclosure documents to MLS Approve showing requests with the seller Call/email clients with all showing feedback

  • Currently has or is pursuing a Valid Arizona Real Estate License
  • Reliable transportation

  • Eligibility to work in Flagstaff, AZ
  • Ability to work in office Mon - Fri, 8:00am-5:00pm

Responsibilities
