About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Director to lead our sales team in Miami, Florida. This role is ideal for a proven leader with deep knowledge of the local real estate market, exceptional communication skills, and a track record of driving sales growth. The Sales Director will oversee sales operations, develop strategic initiatives, and build strong relationships with clients and partners to expand our market presence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Valid Florida Real Estate Broker’s License required.
  • 7+ years of experience in real estate sales with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong knowledge of the Miami real estate market, including residential, commercial, and luxury segments.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and digital marketing tools.

Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Team Management Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a high-performing real estate sales team.
  • Set clear performance goals and regularly monitor team results.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Design marketing and promotional initiatives to drive lead generation and client engagement.
  • Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and business partners.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction across all transactions.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and community activities.
  • Operational Excellence Monitor sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal real estate regulations.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, finance, and property management.
