Fiddler’s Creek Realty, Inc. is seeking one qualified candidate to join an existing sales team as a Sales Associate selling luxury, pre-construction real estate. The Sales Associate position is full-time with a commission-based pay structure, including the benefit of receiving a monthly advance for the first year. The position is in the on-site Fiddler’s Creek Sales Office, and the Sales Associate will be responsible for selling new, luxury coach homes and single-family residences from $2MM to over $4MM and custom single-family homes from over $10MM. Annual commission earning potential up to $1MM+ for qualified candidate. Fiddler’s Creek is an award-winning, private, master-planned community featuring luxury residences and resort-style amenities in a tropical setting. The developer of Fiddler’s Creek is Naples-based Gulf Bay® Group of Companies, one of the largest privately-owned development companies in Florida. For over 40 years, Gulf Bay has been on the forefront of developing some of the most prestigious and successful luxury residential properties in Southwest Florida. Since that time, Gulf Bay has developed 16 luxury properties along the 1.5+/- mile stretch of Gulf-front land within Pelican Bay, earning the designation as the “Creator of the Pelican Bay Skyline.”.
