Requirements

  • Active Texas Real Estate License (or currently enrolled in real estate school).
  • Strong work ethic and a desire to build a long-term real estate career.
  • Excellent communication skills (phone, text, and in-person).
  • High level of accountability and follow-through.
  • Coachable and open to feedback—able to follow a proven system.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn CRM systems and tools.
  • Positive, professional attitude with a client-first mindset.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous sales experience (real estate, B2C, or commission-based roles).
  • Experience generating business through sphere, referrals, or online leads.
  • Strong time management and self-leadership skills.
  • Track record of hitting goals or quotas.
  • Local knowledge of the Fort Worth market.
