Requirements
- An active real estate license (Colorado)
- Excellent communication skills - confident, clear, and empathetic
- A self-starter mindset - you take ownership and push for results
- A strong sales background - whether in real estate or a similar field
- The ability to handle volume - you can manage multiple clients and deals without dropping the ball
- Problem-solving instincts - you stay calm under pressure and find creative solutions fast
