Requirements

  • Must work well under pressure and with critical time frames
  • Demonstrate good judgment and reasoning in handling daily activities

  • One week onboarding.
  • 90 days of immersive training.
  • 7, 30, and 45-day performance assessments.
  • Receptive to the opportunity to be coached and consult with our experienced team leaders.
  • Make a commitment to attend our weekly sales meetings and a 3-day training schedule, enhancing your skills and knowledge every week from 9:30 am to 10:30 am.
  • 1-year term with this position once completely trained.
  • Good standing license.

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
  • Utilize our exclusive Zillow Flex account to connect with high-intent buyer leads and convert them into successful transactions.
  • Conduct property showings and provide clients with expert advice on market conditions and property values.
  • Collaborate with our internal sales agents to schedule appointments and ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Manage the entire sales process from contract to close, with the support of our transaction coordination team.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings and training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and enhance your skills.
  • Leverage social media platforms to expand your professional network and increase your online presence in the real estate market.
