Highly organized and disciplined, with excellent time management and reliable follow-through.
Confident and professional on calls, skilled at converting conversations into qualified appointments.
Holds a valid U.S. driver’s license with dependable local transportation.
Clear and polished communicator with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Skilled negotiator focused on achieving win-win outcomes while protecting client interests.
Holds an active South Carolina Real Estate License or is willing to obtain one before the start date.

Responsibilities

Build strong, trust-based relationships with motivated property owners and convert opportunities into signed listing agreements.
Lead negotiations with professionalism, advocating for clients and ensuring smooth transactions through closing.
Maintain clear, proactive communication with clients and team members to keep deals on track.
Collaborate with operations and support teams to deliver a seamless experience from contract to close.
Use CRM systems to track performance, manage follow-ups, and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
Deliver a personalized, high-touch client experience that drives positive reviews, repeat business, and long-term referrals.
