You’ll be responsible for ensuring that each candidate meets our high-performance standards, has the necessary qualifications, and is a good culture fit for the team. Proactively make daily outbound calls to licensed real estate professionals across the Carolinas using provided lead lists and self-sourced contacts. Engage experienced agents through calls, emails, and other outreach methods to promote career opportunities with RE/MAX Executive. Identify qualified candidates based on experience, production history, market presence, and alignment with our company culture. Build rapport quickly, uncover agents’ goals or frustrations, and present RE/MAX Executive as the ideal next step in their careers. Set up high-quality interviews for our leadership team with agents who are a strong fit for our offices and team culture. Maintain accurate records of outreach, candidate status, and follow-up activity; provide daily updates on appointments and progress. Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment focused on outbound communication, consistent follow-up, and results. Collaborate with leadership to ensure a smooth handoff and an excellent experience for every candidate throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

  • Proven success in cold calling, sales, recruiting, or other high-conversion communication roles.
  • Track record of consistently setting appointments through outbound calls.
  • Exceptional verbal communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident, charismatic, and persuasive on the phone, with the ability to overcome objections professionally.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of outreach.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in real estate, recruiting, or sales is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with real estate industry trends, key players, and the competitive landscape is preferred.
