Proactively make daily outbound calls to licensed real estate professionals across the Carolinas using provided lead lists and self-sourced contacts. Engage experienced agents through calls, emails, and other outreach methods to promote career opportunities with RE/MAX Executive. Identify qualified candidates based on experience, production history, market presence, and alignment with our company culture. Build rapport quickly, uncover agents’ goals or frustrations, and present RE/MAX Executive as the ideal next step in their careers. Set up high-quality interviews for our leadership team with agents who are a strong fit for our offices and team culture. Maintain accurate records of outreach, candidate status, and follow-up activity; provide daily updates on appointments and progress. Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment focused on outbound communication, consistent follow-up, and results.
