The Real Estate Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of real estate construction projects at Barnes & Thornburg LLP, from initial planning through execution and closeout. This role will work collaboratively with attorneys, staff, and leadership to create and maintain project plans, budgets, schedules, and documentation, ensuring proactive risk management throughout each project. The Real Estate Operations Manager will also manage the firm’s real estate dashboards and facilities operations database, providing regular status updates and presentations for senior leadership. Success in this role requires strong project management, communication, and analytical skills, as well as attention to detail and the ability to proactively problem-solve.
