Executes the project management of Truist's corporate owned/leased real estate portfolio and space utilization. Role impacts overall teammate and client experience and is significant in managing Truist's overall project and program management. Oversees real estate project management outsourced provider relationships and financials. Serves as partner in developing project management solutions that align with business priorities, funding, and timing expectations; frequently interacts with external providers (e.g. project managers, architects, GC's, design vendors). Thorough understanding of Real Estate Development, Commercial Real Estate, Design Strategy, Leadership, Knowledge of commercial FF&E, budgeting, critical thinking, program development, design standardizations, project management, signage and branding strategies, team building, value engineering, process improvements, Workplace design. Position has in office expectations and role will sit in Charlotte, NC. This is not a remote opportunity. Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job.
