About The Position

We are currently searching for a highly motivated Real Estate Project Manager to support our Midwest Region located in Springfield, IL. To be considered for this position, applicants must have, at minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent. What you’ll be doing: What you need to have: High school diploma or equivalent Ability to read and interpret title commitments and right of way plats/plans Experience in the Real Estate industry and managing Real Estate projects Ability to obtain an Illinois Notary license Approval or ability to get approval of Specialty Agent – Negotiator designation through the IL Dept. of Transportation Approval or ability to get approval of Specialty Agent – Relocation Agent designation through the IL Dept. of Transportation Superior communication skills Ability to foster a strong working relationship with clients Experience with Microsoft Office Products Excellent analytical skills Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening to ensure a safe and productive work environment. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
