As a Real Estate Analyst , you will support the planning, development, and management of Fiserv’s real estate portfolio to ensure the optimal utilization of our facilities. This entry‑level role partners closely with senior real estate leaders and cross‑functional stakeholders, providing analytical and operational support across commercial, industrial, and/or residential properties while gaining exposure to the full lifecycle of corporate real estate activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Urban Planning, Political Science, or a related field
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners
• 0–2 years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or internship, co‑op, or military experience

Nice To Haves

• Fiserv Internship, co‑op, or academic project experience related to real estate, finance, or property management
• Exposure to lease administration, real estate financial analysis, or portfolio reporting
• Interest in corporate real estate, asset management, or real estate development

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, development, and management of Fiserv’s owned and leased real estate portfolio
• Analyze real estate data related to lease terms, occupancy, utilization, and operating costs; prepare reports and presentations to support decision‑making
• Assist with real estate transactions, including leases, renewals, acquisitions, and dispositions, as well as lease administration activities
• Coordinate with internal partners and external stakeholders, including landlords, brokers, vendors, and property managers
• Support building development, renovation, and portfolio optimization projects through documentation, tracking, and reporting
