About The Position

The Real Estate Marketing Coordinator will lead and execute AFM Real Estate’s marketing strategy across all AFM Regions and Disposition Services. This role combines strategic oversight, creative content development, and graphic design execution to ensure consistent company brand messaging and effective outreach across digital, print, events, and relationship/networking platforms. The position will manage real estate campaigns, supervise marketing projects, and collaborate with AFM’s marketing team, internal real estate personnel, and external vendors to drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation to sustainably grow AFM Real Estate’s business across our operating footprint More about who we are American Forest Management, Inc. Our local market presence allows for hands-on, relationship-driven service, while our scale and integrated support teams enable us to execute large, complex dispositions and acquisitions with professional marketing, disciplined process management, and strong deal execution. AFMRE provides comprehensive real estate services for timberland, farmland, recreational, and transitional land, including property marketing and sale advisory, buyer outreach and qualification, sealed-bid and competitive sale processes, acquisition support, valuation guidance, due diligence coordination, and transaction management from listing through closing. Leveraging AFM’s deep bench of foresters and specialists, our team can also integrate supporting analyses and deliverables such as timber inventory, GIS and data management, cash flow and yield modeling, and land and wildlife management insight, helping clients make informed decisions and maximize value for their land assets.

Nice To Haves

  • Authentic connection to the rural land lifestyle and an informed perspective on the challenges and opportunities facing landowners today. Experience working with clients and communities connected to rural lifestyle, agriculture, timberland, and/or outdoor recreation a plus.
  • 2+ years’ experience desired working in a field related or adjacent to land real estate preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement national marketing strategies to promote awareness of AFM Real Estate services to drive qualified leads promoting sales efforts and procurement of new business.
  • Oversee organic and paid acquisition channels including SEM and PPC for the real estate website, and monitor campaign performance against KPIs
  • Manage social media and email campaigns and event marketing activities.
  • Manage the real estate marketing budget for the corporate real estate team. Provide support for regional real estate marketing budgets.
  • Build strategic relationships with third-party vendors, sponsors, and partners.
  • Create compelling content for print, web, video, and social media aligning with our company brand while promoting our land based real estate niche.
  • Lead marketing brainstorming sessions and conceptual development with internal real estate teams and vendors.
  • Write and edit copy for brochures, proposals, presentations, advertisements, and digital platforms.
  • Conduct research and interviews to understand land industry trends and client needs.
  • Brainstorm, design, and produce real estate marketing materials including flyers, banners, signage, and digital ads.
  • Maintain and update the real estate website, act as liaison with third-party developers.
  • Manage real estate marketing templates and assets for internal use.
  • Ensure consistent company brand messaging across all platforms and product lines.
  • Collaborate with AFM Real Estate Leadership, marketing team, internal clients, and external vendors.
  • Provide guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables and timely execution.
