About The Position

First State Community Bank is looking for a fast learning and eager candidate to fill the role of Real Estate Loan Processor. The Real Estate Loan Processor position will work on preparing preliminary and closing documentation for consumer real estate loans across the First State Community Bank footprint.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills needed
• Detail oriented is a must
• Efficiently manage multiple priorities
• Must possess ability to work independently
• Proficient computer skills required
• Must possess willingness to learn new skills

Responsibilities

• Frequently communicate with market personnel to assist with questions regarding policy, procedure, regulations and computer program assistance
• Develop and maintain a good working relationship between market personnel and support staff
• Utilize necessary programs to process and prepare loan files for the closing documentation; i.e. Encompass, LaserPro
• Get to know the Company's vision, mission and values and strive to implement those in all that you do
• Monitor pipelines to prepare for upcoming deadlines
• Work with team members on complicated requests to find best solution for the customer and the bank
