Our pay ranges are built to allow for candidates with various levels of skill and experience to be considered, as well as for room for growth and tenure achieved in a role over time. Typical new hire salary offers fall within the minimum to midpoint of a pay range for many candidates. Any offer extended to a candidate will be based upon their unique set of knowledge, skills, education, and experience as well as internal equity. Pay Range: $26.62 - $38.60 Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 What You’ll Be Doing Responsible for processing real estate loan applications in compliance with regulations, internal policies, and investor guidelines. Serves as the primary Member contact, ensuring timely communication and accurate documentation to deliver a smooth loan experience. Delivers Exceptional Member Experience: Proactively communicates with Members throughout the loan process, ensuring clarity, transparency, and timely updates. Anticipates Member needs, provides personalized solutions, and resolves issues promptly to create a seamless and positive lending experience. Ensures Compliance with Regulations and Disclosures: Verifies that all required loan disclosures are sent within mandated timelines and accurately explains terms to Members. Manages re-disclosures promptly in accordance with applicable regulations and company policies. Processes and Maintains Loan Files: Processes real estate loan applications in compliance with internal lending policies, SOPs, product matrices, and investor guidelines. Keeps the LOS system up to date with status changes, conversations, and documentation. Coordinates Funding and Closing Activities: Works closely with closing teams, settlement agents, and Members to ensure all pre-document and loan conditions are satisfied prior to funding. Manages Member Communication and Third-Party Follow-Up: Serves as the primary point of contact for Members, provides timely updates on loan status, reviews conditions, and coordinates with escrow and real estate agents. Follows up on third-party services such as appraisal, title, escrow, and mortgage insurance to ensure timely completion. Reviews and Validates Documentation: Reviews all incoming documentation, including Member conditions, appraisals, title reports, HOA documents, and insurance certificates in a timely manner. Adheres to Department Standards and Best Practices: Applies departmental best practices, meets turnaround times from submittal to funding, and maintains current knowledge of policies and procedures through regular review. Evaluates and Resolves Loan Issues: Identifies new Member concerns and provides solutions to ensure a positive experience, escalating decisions to management when necessary. Additional Job Functions Performs other duties as assigned Complies with regulatory compliance and assigned training requirements including but not limited to BSA regulations corresponding to their specific job duties. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary and other employment related actions Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required 1-3 years of prior related experience required Experience in real estate lending, consumer lending, or front line Member service role required Register with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry as a mortgage loan originator in accordance with the Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act (the "SAFE Act") when applicable required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities If not previously involved in real estate lending, must have completed relevant internal or external training courses pertaining to real estate lending. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1-3 years of prior related experience required
  • Experience in real estate lending, consumer lending, or front line Member service role required
