Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree OR Achievement of formal certifications, specialized certification or licensing recognized in the industry
  • 4 - 7 years of similar or related experience
  • Mortgage industry experience required
  • A demonstrated producer with a strong track record
  • Proven ability to build, expand, and sustain a strong book of business
  • Deep understanding of and connection in the Tallahassee market (builders, brokers, developers, real estate agents)
