About The Position
Join The Davis Team as a Listing Agent and work inside a system built to help you win more listings and close at a higher level. We are one of the top-producing real estate teams in California, focused on helping agents grow through real opportunities, clear systems, and full support. We are not a brokerage. We are a team. As a Listing Agent, you’ll focus on seller consultations, pricing strategy, negotiations, and client relationships. Our in-house marketing, operations, and transaction coordination teams handle the backend so you can stay focused on listings and closings. You’ll be supported by proven listing processes, strong brand presence, and experienced leadership. We believe in quality over quantity . Our team is collaborative, competitive, and accountability-driven. We invest heavily in our agents through training, mentorship, and systems that actually work. Applicants must live in Contra Costa or Solano County . We operate out of two offices in Hercules and Fairfield , and local market knowledge is essential. Requirements
- Active or perusing California real estate license
- Experience in residential real estate sales, with an interest or focus on listings
- Strong understanding of pricing strategy, market data, and seller positioning
- Ability to confidently communicate with sellers and manage ongoing client relationships
- Proven or developing negotiation skills with a focus on protecting client outcomes
- Comfortable collaborating with marketing, operations, and transaction coordination teams
- Experience hosting open houses and private showings, or willingness to learn our system
- Must live in Contra Costa or Solano County and be familiar with the local market
- Coachable, professional, and able to follow team systems and processes
Responsibilities
- Manage the full listing process from appointment to closing, delivering a high-level client experience
- Conduct listing consultations, pricing strategy discussions, and market analyses for sellers
- Leverage the team’s in-house marketing and listing systems to launch and promote properties
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and transaction coordination to ensure smooth execution
- Host listing appointments, open houses, and private showings as needed
- Negotiate offers and contracts to achieve the strongest outcome for sellers
- Communicate consistently with clients and keep transactions moving forward
- Stay informed on local market conditions across Contra Costa and Solano County
