As a Real Estate Leasing & Sales Associate, you will play a key role within our corporate leasing team—driving leasing performance, supporting resident experience efforts, and using your real estate license to expand your professional expertise. As a Real Estate Leasing & Sales Associate, your primary responsibility is to drive occupancy by managing leasing leads, conducting outbound sales calls, facilitating virtual and in-person tours, and securing leases across our portfolio. You will also represent Arcan Capital and our clients in property sales where you will be expected to post and oversee listings, facilitate property tours and represent the company, it’s executives and clients in the sale and acquisition of real estate. You will serve as a primary point of contact for prospective residents—guiding them from the initial inquiry through application, approval, and move-in. You will highlight community features, present available homes, and create a strong first impression that supports leasing success. You will be expected to support elements of the client and resident experience by answering inquiries, assisting with daily leasing and sale operations, and partnering with clients and on-site teams to ensure efficient and seamless community operations and sale transactions. Your ability to communicate effectively, build rapport, and deliver exceptional service will directly contribute to resident satisfaction. This role is approximately 90% corporate-based leasing & sales and 10% on-site support, with occasional travel.
