About The Position

Our AmLaw 100 client is hiring discreetly for a mid-to-senior to work across joint ventures, complex financings, and acquisitions/dispositions in multiple asset classes.

Role Summary
• Joint ventures and real estate platform deals, including venture structuring and governance terms
• Complex real estate financings on lender and/or borrower side
• Acquisitions and dispositions across office, multifamily, industrial, retail, and hospitality
• Coordinate with sponsors, capital markets, and funds teams when deals cross over

Requirements

• Mid-level to senior associate with a mix of JV and finance experience (either can be heavier)
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage meaningful chunks of a deal
• Bar admission (or ability to obtain promptly) required
