Performance Monitoring : Track and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and candidate quality, to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven improvements. Market Awareness : Stay informed about industry trends and competitor hiring practices to effectively position the company as an attractive employer in the real estate market. Candidates must reside in the Naples area or be willing to commute to our Naples office Monday through Friday.
