Requirements

  • 2+ year experience in phone sales, customer service, or outbound calling
  • Must be comfortable making 150+ calls/day
  • Real estate experience NOT required — we’ll train you
  • Relentless: rejection rolls off your back

Responsibilities

  • Make 150+ outbound calls daily to inbound and nurtured leads
  • Respond to new online leads in under 5 minutes
  • Set a minimum of 2 qualified appointments per day for our agent team
  • Keep detailed notes, tags, and next steps in CRM
  • Rotate Sunday coverage (inbound only, lighter load)
  • Show up hungry, hit your numbers, and keep getting better
