The Real Estate Coordinator provides operational, administrative, and analytical support to Windsor’s Real Estate team. This role supports both the SVP of Real Estate and the Senior Manager of Real Estate in executing Windsor’s real estate strategy, including new store development, relocations, renewals, and portfolio management. The position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple projects, maintain accurate records, and assist with deal tracking and reporting. The role works closely with internal teams including Finance, Legal, Construction, and Store Development, as well as external partners such as landlords, brokers, developers, and attorneys. This role provides exposure to the full retail real estate lifecycle and offers the opportunity to develop expertise in commercial leasing, site evaluation, and retail portfolio management.
