About The Position

Requirements

• Current Partner-level attorney with an established practice
• Minimum $500K portable book of business (required)
• Industrial leasing (New Jersey focus required)
• Commercial real estate transactions
• NYC condo/co-op law
• Proven track record of client development and revenue generation
• Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
• Licensed and in good standing in relevant jurisdiction(s)

Nice To Haves

• Litigation experience in NYC condo/co-op law
