We have an exciting opportunity for a Real Estate Associate with 1 - 4 years of commercial real estate experience.

As an associate in the Real Estate Department, you’ll have the opportunity to work on interesting, challenging, and groundbreaking cases in collaboration with senior attorneys. You will actively contribute to a dynamic department handling a broad range of matters for a diversified client base.

Requirements

• 1-4 year of commercial real estate experience, including the representation of private and public companies in connection with their lending, acquisition, disposition, development and leasing activities.
• Required experience to include diligence reviews and resolution of issues involved in commercial real estate transactions, including title and survey matters.
• Excellent academic credentials, analytical skills and verbal and written communication skills
• Candidates must be admitted to the Georgia bar or meet the requirements to waive in

Nice To Haves

• Additional experience with land use, zoning matters and cooperative and condominium boards helpful.
