As a CBRE Real Estate Associate, you'll play a key role in creating exceptional experiences for our clients and tenants. Requirements

  • CA Real Estate License required or must be obtained within 6 months of being offered the role.
  • High School Diploma or GED, plus 3-4 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding of property management processes, procedures, and systems.
  • Ability to evaluate and communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational skills and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
  • Advanced math skills, including the ability to calculate percentages, discounts, and markups.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for tenants, addressing needs and resolving issues promptly.
  • Ensure all services comply with applicable regulations, lease agreements, and company standards.
  • Conduct property inspections with the team and recommend repairs, upgrades, and improvements.
  • Provide administrative support, including creating purchase orders, processing invoices, and coordinating with accounting.
  • Review and approve vendor invoices for accuracy.
  • Assist in budget preparation by researching pricing for supplies and services and generating reports.
  • Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs, and review and approve tenant billing for distribution.
  • Support the preparation of common area maintenance (CAM) reconciliations, invoices, and related correspondence.
  • Organize tenant appreciation events and manage communications, including approving newsletters.
  • Collect and analyze data to identify and resolve complex issues, recommending new approaches when necessary.
  • Collaborate with your team and related teams to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency.
