Real Estate Associate, District 6 Real Estate - PN 20058571 What You Will Do: Perform duties in various Real Estate disciplines including property acquisition, title research, closings and property management. Use various computer software programs to prepare and manage reports and other documents, as well as perform administrative tasks. Interaction with the public and other government agencies to discuss project impacts and status. Who We are Looking for: Well-organized and motivated self-starter Public Relations skills, customer-service oriented Independent worker with problem-solving skills 24 mos. trg. or exp. in real estate, property management or related field; travel required, must be able to provide own transportation. -Or undergraduate core program in business administration, real estate, property management or related field; travel required, must be able to provide own transportation. -Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment noted above. Job Skills \: Real Estate ALL ANSWERS TO THE SUPPLEMENTAL QUESTIONS MUST BE SUPPORTED BY THE WORK EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION PROVIDED ON YOUR CIVIL SERVICE APPLICATION. All bargaining unit and exempt new hires to ODOT must serve a one-year probationary period. The selection process for this position will include a structured interview. Candidate responses to the interview questions will be scored and the selection will be made in accordance with the OCSEA/AFSCME Contract. This position is overtime eligible based on FLSA Standards.
