About The Position

MoFo has one of the leading real estate practices in the United States, Asia, and Europe. We provide innovative and practical legal advice to a broad range of real estate industry participants in all types of real estate transactions, including acquisition, development, financing, ownership, leasing, and operation.

Requirements

• Experience in acquisitions and dispositions, construction and permanent financings representing lenders and borrowers, joint ventures.
• Experience with portfolio transactions, REITs and real estate funds.
• Experience in equity joint venture investments, structuring, and entity formation.
• Familiar with transactions involving all principal asset types – residential, industrial, office, retail, hospitality, and land.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to attentively listen, actively engage, and concisely communicate complex matters in oral and written form.
• Strong work ethic, team orientation, and an interest in taking on increased levels of responsibility on client matters.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Admitted to the New York state bar or are eligible to waive in.
