Candidate Profile JD from a top-tier law school with an e xcellent academic record Active Bar Admission in New York , in good standing 4–6 years of substantive experience in real estate law Demonstrated experience in real estate financing , lender representation , and drafting loan documents Proficiency in handling title and survey diligence Soft skills: Strong analytical ability, excellent drafting and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Why Join Us?
