Requirements

- Draft , review , and negotiate loan agreements and related transaction documents
- Conduct title and survey review , analysis , and resolution of related issues
- Provide strategic guidance to clients on real estate financing structures and risk mitigation
- Collaborate with team members across offices to support a diverse and dynamic real estate practice
