Requirements
- Must hold a NY P&C Broker’s License or be willing to obtain one within 6 months
- More than a basic understanding of insurance and brokering processes
- Proficiency in Excel for data management and analysis
- College degree required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with some longevity at one firm
- Experience assisting an Account Executive or working in a similar role at a smaller firm
- A strong desire to advance your career in the insurance industry
Nice To Haves
- Experience in real estate or construction preferred
- An insurance designation is a plus but not required
