As the Temporary - Real Estate & Construction Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in offering comprehensive administrative support in procurement and financial processes for construction and operations. · Invoice processing - code construction invoices for approval, upload into Docuware. · Generate Purchase Orders in SAP for all construction and procurement orders. · Enter Invoices for payment in Construction Project Cost Worksheets. · Support month end accrual process to align with Financial Calendar. · Coordinate white glove millwork deliveries with Vendors and Retail Operations to Stores. · Post weekly Reports to Tumi Express. · Enter Store Marketing requests in WorkFront. · Coordinate Construction Project Close Out Packages.
