About The Position

Safely operate a ready‑mix truck to deliver concrete to customer job sites. Perform required pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and maintain accurate records. Manage concrete consistency and truck controls to meet delivery specifications. Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and plant personnel to support timely operations. Follow all safety procedures and contribute to maintaining clean, organized equipment and work areas.

Requirements

• Ability to safely operate commercial vehicles with strong awareness of surroundings.
• Commitment to safety, regulatory compliance, and quality customer service.
• Capability to perform physical activities including climbing, lifting, and maneuvering equipment.
• Reliable decision‑making in fast-paced environments with changing priorities.
• Clear and respectful communication with customers and team members.
• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
