About The Position
Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. Operate ready‑mix truck safely and efficiently to deliver concrete to customer sites. Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and maintain accurate delivery documentation. Communicate clearly with dispatch, customers, and plant personnel to support timely deliveries. Adjust chutes, controls, and equipment to discharge concrete according to specifications. Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a clean, organized work area.
Requirements
- Safe, reliable operation of commercial vehicles with attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in fast‑paced environments.
- Strong commitment to safety practices and adherence to regulations.
- Capability to perform physical tasks including climbing, bending, lifting, and maneuvering equipment.
- Clear communication skills when interacting with customers and team members.
