About The Position

This role involves safely operating a ready-mix concrete truck to deliver products to customer job sites, performing thorough pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, loading, transporting, and discharging concrete, communicating effectively with dispatch, plant personnel, and customers, and maintaining accurate delivery documentation while upholding safety and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Valid Class B or A Driver's License
  • Demonstrated ability to safely operate commercial vehicles and equipment
  • Strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer service
  • Capability to follow instructions, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Reliability, flexibility, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
  • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a ready-mix concrete truck to deliver products to customer job sites
  • Perform thorough pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
  • Load, transport, and discharge concrete in a timely and professional manner
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch, plant personnel, and customers
  • Maintain accurate delivery documentation and uphold safety and quality standards
