About The Position
Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. Safely operate a ready-mix concrete truck to deliver product to customer job sites Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure operational safety Accurately place concrete according to customer specifications and site conditions Communicate professionally with dispatch, plant personnel, and customers Maintain the truck’s cleanliness and report maintenance or safety concerns
Requirements
- Valid Class B or A CDL License
- Ability to safely operate heavy equipment and follow all traffic and safety regulations
- Strong focus on safety, quality, and customer service
- Capability to complete documentation accurately and use onboard technology
- Dependable work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work varying schedules, including early mornings and overtime
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
