About The Position

This role is critical to the day-to-day success of our ready-mix concrete operations. We are seeking an experienced Dispatcher who understands the pace, complexity, and urgency of the ready-mix concrete industry and can confidently support drivers, customers, and plant operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with prior ready-mix or concrete dispatch experience who is looking for a stable, full-time role with growth potential.

Requirements

• Dispatch experience in the ready-mix or concrete industry strongly preferred
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn dispatch software quickly
• Results-driven, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Dispatching ready-mix concrete deliveries in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
• Coordinating with drivers, batch plant personnel, and customers to ensure on-time deliveries
• Answering and placing phone calls, including taking and managing customer orders over the phone
• Managing schedule changes, delays, and adjustments throughout the day
• Adapting quickly to changing conditions such as weather, traffic, and job-site demands
