About The Position

Coordinate daily ready‑mix concrete orders and dispatch schedules to support accurate and timely deliveries Monitor truck movement, delivery progress, and plant production to proactively address delays Communicate effectively with drivers, plant personnel, and customers to ensure seamless order execution Maintain accurate documentation and delivery status updates using dispatching software and internal systems Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and support exceptional customer service
