About The Position

Albertsons Companies is seeking a Ready Meals Lead to join their team, offering an exciting opportunity to lead, innovate, and contribute to the growth of a company that values great service and lasting customer relationships. The PM Deli Lead will be responsible for overseeing Safeway’s New “ReadyMeals” program, including all aspects such as merchandising, meal kit completion, and training/supervising associates on the program.

Requirements

• Proficient in performing Deli/Food service work for periods of time
• Must possess strong customer service qualities
• Successful HR File Review, including but not limited to, no disciplinary action at Safeway within past 6 months
• Highly motivated and team oriented
• Ability to travel to other stores and/or Division office

Nice To Haves

• One to two years of customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee Safeway’s New “ReadyMeals” program
• Responsible for all aspects of the new “ReadyMeals” program including but not limited to merchandising, meal kit completion
• Training/supervising associates on the “ReadyMeals” program
• Perform Deli/Food service work for periods of time
• Other duties as may be assigned by management
