About The Position

Legacy Health is recruiting an Outpatient Physician for their Clark County Primary Care Clinics in and around Vancouver, Washington. The clinics feature a team of physicians and advanced practitioners, supported by individually assigned MAs and care teams including panel coordinators, social workers, RN case managers, behavioral health clinicians, and pharmacists. This role is a 100% outpatient clinical practice, benefiting from Epic/EHR support via the Super Thrive Program, dedicated clinic-based nurse care management, social worker and behavioral health support, and dedicated pharmacy support (including a pharmacy tech and onsite pharmacist for medication management, INR support, and diabetic education). A dedicated panel coordinator assists with patient outreach and care gap closure to ensure high-quality care. Requirements

  • MD or DO
  • Graduate of a four-year medical school or equivalent and completed internal or family medicine residency.
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in internal or family medicine.
  • Current Washington state medical license and DEA certificate
  • Unrestricted Washington medical license
  • Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
  • No J1 or H-1B visa opportunities

Responsibilities

  • As a physician, you are responsible for the patient throughout treatment.
  • Reviewing clinical history, providing the physical examination, diagnosing and treating both chronic and episodic disorders.
  • Work in collaboration with the team.
  • Maintain own panel of patients and share call coverage for the clinic.
