About The Position

We are seeking tutors for before-and after-school programs and summer programs. Ideal candidates have a wide range of interests, experiences and linguistic, cultural and educational backgrounds. If you have a love for learning, want to serve as a positive role model for children, encourage parent and community involvement, and work effectively as part of a team, this job is for you! Tutors will work with K-5 students.

Requirements

Enrolled in a degree seeking program at UNM
Enrolled at least half-time (6 hours) at UNM for fall and spring semesters (Audit hours do not count)
if Work Study, you must meet Satisfactory Academic Progress.
Must be able to work collaboratively in a team
Strong communication and leadership skills
Motivated, with a love for leaning and working with children
Able to have fun and engage students positively
Mus have a work-study award for the 2025-2026 school year
